Partnership Offerings

BreatheWell offers flexible wellness programming that can be adapted for youth, staff, caregivers, and community members. Each offering is shaped around your goals, audience, setting, and available resources.

  • Calm and supportive spaces for events, conferences, wellness days, and community gatherings. These spaces offer participants a place to reset and access guided wellness practices in a welcoming environment.

  • A series of sessions designed around the needs of your community. Ongoing programming can support youth engagement, staff wellness, emotional regulation, and community connection over time.

  • For organizations with a specific audience, theme, or need. BreatheWell can work with you to design a wellness experience that aligns with your goals, timeline, and community context.

  • Interactive wellness sessions that introduce practical tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and connection. Workshops may include mindfulness, movement, journaling, guided reflection, and group discussion.

  • Restorative experiences that combine mindfulness, movement, reflection, rest, and community care. Retreats can be designed for staff teams, caregivers, birthworkers, youth groups, or community members.

A restorative wellness offering for doulas, birthworkers, caregivers, and helping professionals. This program creates space for rest, reflection, stress reduction, and emotional support for those who care for others.
